| I just tried and yes, the pairing is lost when you shut the GPS off (GR-231). I don't have to re-add any profile though, just re-pair and it's up and running again. |

| In Sweden we have devices like that which measures pollution. They are generally aimed towards a reflex about 100 meters away. Sounds like it can be one of those. They are emitting a bright light too. |
