Currenty making space on an external drive to copy all under - in my case - TomTom (H): folder, lock stock and barrel to it.
Then the folder go from Art to Zip i leave these alone and delete files ... |

| Connect it to the PC and switch it on, can you see the drive letters using Windows Explorer that corespond to the TomTom? You might have to shut TomTom Home down on the PC though first if it starts up ... |

Maps are usually locked to just one device. If you can persuade TomTom you really have only one device and the other is scrapped, they may be able to help you out.
