I've no idea what the 4.4 refers to but the original TomTom Bluetooth GPS should last for between 5 and 6 hours on a full charge.

how long the battery should last for over night charge? mine its only 2hrs. i just bought it brand new not used last week.

is it deffective or this is the battery life?

You can send a proof of purchase to TomTom and ask them to resend you the CD.

Im very sad just got it last week went on trip to san francisco i was very pleased with tomtom performance with my IMATE JAM.

I HAD to hard reset my jam to update . now i cant find the CD#4 ...
