Not sure if i am doing any thing wrong but when i connect the unit to my PC i get nothing, no removable storage device...nothing

and does this include map updates as i recently went north on to the A1 and found my self driving through a field according to the scree ...

i have the same problem but i an useing my memory card reader on my printer to upload new naps from the disc
