I thought that TT5 had "FULL" postcode matching and not just the first part of the post code like TT3.

How do I change or check whether my GPS Reciever is using SiRF or NMEA so that I can change it to NMEA if necessary?

So am I ok with just Option 1 GB Plus then which is what I have done?

I think there is something on TomTom's support section of the website that tells you which models are compatible - hope that helps.

On my PDA H3970 I was originally told to use COM8 and this worked fine with TT3 but not "to date" with TT5 but I will try this "wired" trick in place of the "wireless" that would appear to be logical ...

Morris: Did you not have to get more memory than your present 128MB Card? I had to get more for my H3970. 8O
