I think the key fact here could be that Mr_Tiff mentioned he has a 2015 C-Class.
Since autumn 2014, new C-Class gets NTG 5.0 COMAND, whereas the instructions had been designed for NTG 4.5/4.7.

Yes, even though the 5.2 updates for FR and DE versions were present on Support FTP a while ago... Well, the EN version isn't there, but available from the normal site. |
