I have entered your postcode on my 700 and it comes up as the B3285. Rose in Truro is what it says. Not sure why you can't restore the files. Have you tried with a fresh formated card?

My Nokia is also not supported, 6680. Use notepad to write out your phone numbers and names and then save it to the 700. Do a search here to find out the format to type in to notepad and what to call ...
