One useful product they sell is OS Locate
OS Locate is actually a free app. My experience of the Android version is that it is very good at what it does too, simple, fast and effective. |

Yes, some good news! You can run tt7 on ipaq 2210, and that is excactly what I am doing! WM2003 is reall good, and, yes, it would be a shame to buy a new machine. so, like I say, it work ... |

Well the reply from TomTom isNavigator 7 has been written for WindowsMobile 6 exclusively and will not work on Mobile 5.
So they don't specifically mention 6.1, but they do eliminate it working on ... |

I've recently asked TomTom for advice on this, although I'm using WM5 on my Ipaq 2490 and I have no legal way to upgrade to Windows Mobile 6.
I'll let you know if/when they answer me. |

Upgrading the software is entirely seperate from upgrading the maps. You will have to pay for V6 of the software but that won't upgrade any of the maps you have - for that you will also need to buy n ... |

On another note - a Plus map will maybe only show if you have a regular map activated too. The Plus map may not open by itself. (that's why it is called "Plus")

If you have a spare card, it may be worth trying to copy your backup onto that and see if that works, you could then reformat and re-copy your card that is currently a problem and see if that fixes it ... |
