You say you made a backup of the original card. Did you copy all the files of the card. Have you done anything to the original card ie deleted or added files?

In itself the mount is fine, but from my experience of using I3's the positioning is cr 1 p unless you use an external aerial.

NICE ONE! Very discrete,and no ring mark as would be left by the Garmin mount.(so less visible to thief's)
