Need Help With Bc-307

Bought a bc-307 globalsat cf gps off ebay, recieved it today and when I plug it in the led is solid, then after a few secs starts to flash. Only prob is I cant get it to work on my ipaq h5555. When I plug it in my flash jacket and turn on my ipaq I get the message

'Unrecognised Card'
Enter the name of the device driver for this card. For information, see the card manufacturers documentation.

Have looked through the docs but they are pretty useless,also installed the gps info prog and scanned com ports but nothing happens.
Have waited 3 weeks for this thing to arrive n stuck on how to get it to work now Sad

I was very near to selling this but have sorted it now. I had the card the wrong way round, simple prob I know but my cf harddrive I have only goes in one way so I presumed the same for my gps, arghh, why cant they have bits on the side of them like my cf cards so that you cant put them in the wrong way. Anyways its all good and works fine 8)
