Update it any time you like (like right now) and it will be up to date - it downloads the latest data every time you update it - take note of the number of cameras on your device before and after you update and usually you will see a difference. _________________ Dennis

Thank you Dennis for your reply, excuse my ignorance but how do I update it? Do I go in to the app, then manage cameras, then click update database? I don't have to do anything on my PC.
Thank you |

That's how I do it on my galaxy s5.
I assume it is the same on Apple devices, no need to touch a PC, it's all "in app" so to speak. _________________ Triumph Tbird 1700. And now a Bonnie T100. |

Sorry, I've been busy. Yes, Manage Cameras, then update the database - notice the number of cameras on your device before and after.
Needs a data connection, by the way - I use my home (or any free) WiFi and my phone 3G connection out on the road. I've updated several times during the last week - I usually update as I get in my van of a morning, or anywhere after that as I'm on the road. Remember, the database is constantly being up-dated and on the phone, they are available on demand, not just once a week as with satnav devices. _________________ Dennis
