Not sure where to ask this....

Is there a new feature where you can now be alerted if you are driving over the speed limit (not related to speed cameras)? Linked to this can you also update speed sign information - on your own device initially but uploaded and verified for future use generally?

I am not clear if you are asking about a model-specific new feature or not. If you are, then on the nuvi 2460 (at least) it is possible to set a warning to sound when your speed is higher than the value held in the Garmin's database. It is also possible to change many (I don't know if it applies to all) speed limits whilst they are displayed. I hope this helps.

I thought I had read about that somewhere, this is from Garmin own specs for the 2460LT :-
"nüvi 2460LT also contains speed limits for all major routes plus Garmin’s new speed limit reporting, which enables you to manually correct / update speed limit information and share any changes via USB."
