difference between 2 tomtoms

i may have worded my previous post badly (no replies) so i will ask another way.
what are the differences (if any) between a tomtom start classic w europe:

and a tomtom start2 satnav europe:

both about the same price. i want to install the camera database from here and also to import (from another tomtom) a poi category of my customers locations (around 100 or so).
