Cannot find Custom POI on 465T

I have loaded some custom POI files using POI loader, and now cannot find them on my Nuvi.
I have tried -
using only small set of POI's
'saving' them to both main unit and SD card

They are loaded onto the device/card as I can see them when looking from windows explorer. However they do not appear in the Extras nor in POIs.

I have previously managed to load some, but cannot seem to do it now.

Please help - what am I doing wrong?

Does the information in this thread help?

In particular:
