Eco route problem on 1300

The Eco route function has stopped working correctly on my 1300, wondering if anyone has ideas on how to fix it please?

The overall percentage number still displays but none of the other elements of the dispay work. Where the graphical display should be there is a message "continue driving for historical data"

Not the most important function on the device but helps to entertain on long journeys!!

1. disable, delete, re-pair the eco route with bluetooth
2. reset the garmin unit
3.make sure the device is up to date
