HD Traffic Roads Closed

Weird but according to HD traffic, due to roadworks, the A1 is closed north of the M25, the M25 is closed West of the A1 and the M1 is closed South of the M25. Something a little wrong there. (22:40 on 8th September)

I'm seeing all those roadworks, and mostly I'm seeing icons for lane closures. But there are certainly some closed road symbols in there too. (at 23:55)

But if you go to the TT Route Planner website and zoom right in, the icons are saying things like "Closed for resurfacing", and they are located right on exit sliproads.

So I think it's probably correct.
I often see signs on the motorway saying things like "This sliproad will be closed between 10pm and 6am for resurfacing".

Certainly some of this was not closed around 22:30 at M25 J23 & J22 but as you suggested it could have been that the Highways told TomTom that work was due to start at 10 but it started a little later. There are major roadworks on the M25 widening it in this (my) area.
