I tested another SatNav on my Bold 9700 the other day. It was ok, but much prefer Telmap (of course!).
However, one thing i really liked on the other software was that the speed was constantly on the screen, as was the distance left. This way, i could do quick math in my head while driving and always knew roughly how much longer i would have to drive. Just needed a quick glance and i was in the know about the journey.
Would love to see that on Telmap |

no need for maths, if you open one of the widgets it tells you how many hours/mins you have left of your journey. I can't tell you exactly how to get there as i am having issues loading tel at the moment. |

HI Dass,
During navigation, if you select the "Space" key to display the widgets carouse, you can select the "Route Info" widget to display your time and distance to destination.
Tks

For me it's not the speed as such that would be useful (as the car has that covered) but the speed relative to the speed limit. An icon or colour change (like Tomtom) to show that you are driving faster than the speed limit would be very useful. |

This would indeed be very handy. Even a short beep when exceeding the limit would be appreciated. |
