Honda/Tom Tom hybrid

I just got a 04 Honda Accord with the Alpine sat nav built in ( rubbish IMHO) But not being a total Nerd, or Electrickery whizz, but capable of following most instruction if written in English, I wondered if it was possible/practical to feed the Tom Tom Data to the in dash monitor from my Tom Tom One Device One V4 4N00.005.

I realise the 2 systems might be totally incompatible, but it would be great if it could work, especially if it was a simple plug and play (fat chance) built in system has touch screen too.

No for many reasons. There is no video out or other method of sending the display to another panel nor any method to control it.
