Downloading POI's to Computer

This is probably a stupid question. I am downloading Trails/Tracks ok from my SatMap A10 to my computer mapping software (I have Memory MapV5), but how do I download the POI's please? Or do they appear as a manually inserted waypoint?

I don't have memory map but for the software I use you export the POI file as a .gpx file in the same way as a track/trail make sure you export as a gpx not a map file.
