TT Dont deserve to be in business

Tom Tom dont deserve to be in business - the latest software saga which made the sim unless - we are still waiting Tom Tom is anyone awake in the Netherlands?

Does anyone have a direct fax or contact information for the CEO of Tom Tom? It just seems a waste of time calling the support people.

As for the Europe Zone - I have just purchased into map update once that expires I will not be renewing or buying another Tom Tom product unless there is a massive improvement in service delivery to CUSTOMERS -the people who pay for wages.

I really like the product but the company seems to be loosing the plot

THIS POST by Orac1 gives a London telephone number, although not for the CEO of TomTom. I was pretty sure Orac1 also gave sundry contact details in one or more of his posts (he had a bit of a downer on TT), but I really can't be bothered to trawl through them all. If you're keen, maybe you will!

On reflection, I've saved you the effort, see THIS POST - you'll need to page down a few (half a dozen!) times to get to the bits about email addresses.
