Just wondering . . .

As a regular reader/contributor to this excellent site I was pondering recently whether the manufacturers actually took note of our members' concerns? (This topic came up during a pub discussion: I was not driving, btw.)

Given the number and variety of complaints that are highlighted on the site and the constant theme of poor or disastrous service received, has anyone given any thought as to how to really make our collective consumer power mean something in our area of interest.

However, it may be that manufacturers religiously scrutinise their various forums and act accordingly. Just a thought . . .

I think they do frequent these forums but ..As to you asking why well I have no idea as to wh y they don't take at least some of our criticism ,it seems to go right over their heads ....... But judging from facebook and tomtom reimplementing poi's it seems the people power has prevailed thank goodness ...... I can still buy tomtoms after this 1 needs replacing as I wasn't going to buy another
