Garmin GTM 21 (UK) FM TMC Traffic Receiver

I have recently replaced the origonal Garmin GTM 21 (UK) FM TMC Traffic Receiver with the same one from Amazon

The origional worked great but I can't get this one to receive any traffic data . Do I need to notify Garmin that I changed these to get it to work? I thought it should work automatically as the Garmin website shows I have the subscription for my Nuvi 865T.

Any help in getting this working will be appreciated.

Yes the gtm21 has its own individual serial number which will need to be registered.. if you are using a subsciption service of course!
