route location

any idea how and where TT stores the current route? I thought it might be in the itn itinerary folder, but my model doesn't seem to use that folder as it doesn't support itinerary files.
also where does it to store the home & work locations for the TMC traffic?

I don't think it does save the current ROUTE.

All that gets saved is a list of your recent destinations.

A lot of them seem to be scattered around settings.dat and mapsettings.dat

Your Home Location is in ttgo.bif but the Work address isn't there.

You could always change one of the details then use Explorer to sort all the files by their time stamps to see which one has just changed.

Some good finds there.
But the TomTology software doesn't really do anything we can't do with Tyre or POIEdit (which can read mapsettings.cfg) and Windows Notepad for the rest.
