| Whilst copying some POI files to my tomtom I've found 2 files with the same name, "Independent". One for chemists and one for fuel stations |

I think the point that JoolsTwo is making is that if you download them both, you'll need to rename them before you put them on the TomTom.
Easy enough to do, but maybe there is a case for giving them more individual/descriptive names on the PGPSW system so it's not necessary for the end user to rename them? |

The fuel file is actually called Independent Fuel, not just Independent, so I'm not sure what the problem is. How old is the file that has been downloaded?

Sorry to disagree, but Andy is correct, they both have the same filename so I needed to alter one.

fuel one is definitely called "Independent Fuel"... just checked now!
when did you last download it?
pharmacy is called "Independent "
perhaps the fuel one has been renamed since you last downloaded it? it was last edited on 2nd may by the looks of things.
