French POI's not loading on Website

I am trying to obtain the French POI's to upload to my Garmin. When I select the country and refresh, no POI categories are shown just a message to refresh if it takes more than a minute. After refreshing a number of times, the POI categories will not show.

Is there a problem with the website?

That page *is* sometimes a bit tricky to get to refresh. It's always been like it as far as I know, but finding an answer for all situations has proved difficult.
A couple of things that have worked for me in the past...
1. First select the UK AND France then hit "Refresh". If that works, deselect the UK and hit "Refresh" again.

2. Temporarily change the SatNav system box to "Other CSV", then try selecting France, then switch back to "TomTom OV2"

To get around the non-refresh problem I click on the "Download" button. The subsequent page kindly tells me that I did not have anything selected and prompts me to "Go Back" where, as if by magic, the options are displayed.
