I purchased a 550 live from comet a few weeks back and it kept on freezing up and then rebooting, so I took it back and got a refund. I found the 750 live for around the same price online so I got one, to find that its doing the same though not as often. Anyone else had these problems? I have checked for errors and the like but it still happens maybe 2 or 3 times a day. Is this a regular fault? |

since this seems to be the lock up link thought I would post my problem here
I don't get any of the maps locking up,my maps are OK, mine seems to be when either prepare route or recent destination the unit locks up and then does a reboot automatically after 20 seconds or so ..very annoying as I use that function a lot
is it the actual unit or the software ... I hope it's software as I don't want to go down the route of returning units till I receive a working 1 _________________ TomTom 5001 |

Funnily enough, my 950 Live has been doing the same thing this past couple of weeks. Rather annoying when you are at a critical part of a junction and the damn thing reboots.
Thought it was me but my unit is about four months old and they (Halfords) won't want to refund me or swop the unit. _________________ Returned to a proper Garmin although still have Co-Pilot on a Galaxy S3! |
