No warnings if I tick the 'on route' option

Hi. I've been successfully using the camera warnings database for a few weeks now. I updated the database yesterday and reset all the warnings, but this time ticking the 'only show warning if camera is on route' option (because I was getting too many false warnings). Now I get no warnings at all!

I obviously had a route programmed in.

I checked this was the problem by unchecking the option on one camera and it started issuing warnings.

I've searched the forums this morning but to no avail.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Try resetting the device, depending upon the model there will be a reset switch to poke with a paperclip in the base of the device, or, if its a newer unit press and hold the on/ off switch until the device reboots - Note you don't lose and settings or data performing a reset in this way - Mike

Thanks Mike. As an IT professional I should have thought of the 'switch it off and switch it on again' solution!! I'll try it this evening.
