TT3 Upgrade World Wide Wait...

Hi, do I now have the record for the longest wait for my TT3 upgrade?

I placed my order (384060) on the 16 April and still nothing,

5 emails to TT and finally managing to get through to their customer support have had no success... Any ideas?

I'm getting really off about this as I know others have had their upgrades shipped long ago...

Is there a “real” email address or phone number to whom I can complain?

Phone their UK support line 08451 610-009, By my reckoning you should have recieved your upgrade this time last week. (their 20 working days including the 2 bank holidays). I orderd a new version and ended up speaking to their people, one person just fobbed me off, dont except that, i didnt last time i phoned and they made sure it shipped that night, i now have a UPS tracking number so expect to see it soon. I've found their email support completely useless and wont be using this again as a means to speak to someone. Also make sure you get their name so you can speak to the same person again if nessesary. I actually found out that my order was not put down to be shipped and the only reason it got shipped was me hasstling them on the phone.
