Language reset on Kenwood dnx5249bt

Have bought a used dnx5240bt adn the garmin gps is in eastern european.

Does anyone know how to reset the gps part back to 1st time installation so that I can set up language in English.

Anyhelp greatly appreciated.

Page 6 of the manual (5.8 MB PDF) on Kenwoods website says press the reset button at the bottom left hand corner.
