This is the important bit. Win yerself summat nice. Calls cost several pounds a minute and will last no more than 17 minutes. Can't wait to get mine (email, that is) pour tenter ma chance et en gagner une - I'd love personnaliser my Start which I haven't got. 
(At least I now know never to use BabelFish!)

Normal for Tom Tom Customer Service, They really blow (suck implies they take information in).

Well to be honest, in view of the English language email received from TomTom today, the French version (in whatever translation) is more reassuring.
Vive TomTom to the greater good of fat wallet pleasures uninfringed!!
Why TomTom doesn't use a tagline as snappy as that, I dunno. |
