PROBLEM WITH DOWNLOADING

Hi,
im trying to download the speed camera check and so i registered for it. During the loading , it asked for a a type of file which the data can be saved that has oyther files like gpx or something like that. It asked me to chose from one of my folders and files and i have gone through all of them but could not manage to connect it successfully. It would be helpful if you can help me out through the steps of this....
