As an early adopter, I was given free access to the online route planner at the Satmap website. Although I don't use it very often, I've just tried to log in to it, and have been told that my Active 10 serial number "does not match our records".
Has anyone else experienced this recently? Have Satmap decided to end this free access to the small number of users that were originally given it? If so, did they announce it anywhere?

Lucevans,

I too got it free.

Have just logged on to check and no problems at all.

Looks to me as if they heave been reorganising their servers recently. I have just logged on with no problem you might like to try again.

Thanks for the replies chaps - I've just tried again and it's still not working for me! It could be due to the website changes that are going on with the launch of the US site, so I'll try again in a few days. As I said, it's not really a big deal for me as I rarely use it, but now my curiosity is peaked!

Lucevans,

I see you are running Version 1.5 of the software as a beta.

Any chance you could spill the beans on what changes there are ?

I realised I'd mixed up an O with an 0, then it was OK.
