Unable to instal cameras on 730

I have recently found myself unable to instal the speed camera database that I subscribe to (pocketgpsworld's of course).
When I put the 730 on the cradle and the screen asks if I want to connect to the computer I say yes as always and Tomtom Home starts. However, now when I click on "removable disk " or "internal" in My Computer rather than opening up and allowing me to paste the download I get the message "E Application not found" or "F Application not found". The pc obviously knows the tomtom is connected otherwise the icons wouldn't be there.
I have never had this problem before, just last couple of weeks. Cheers for any assistance.

Not sure, but if you turn 'Home' off so that it doesn't load up when you connect to the PC, are you able to get into the 730 then?

I know most prople say not to use Home as it is to buggy etc.

i would check for viruses... i recently spent hours clearing someone's system where the virus actually edited the registry so that double clicking any of the icons/drives in 'My Computer' tried opening a dodgy program... the anti-virus got rid of the actual dodgy program but failed to repair the registry properly...

if you go to start then run (or press windows key + R) and run F:\ it should open the drive normally.

I think MaFt may have it....
In any normal circumstances, clicking on a drive icon should never try to run an application or program .exe

Thanks for the replies. I have managed now to copy the cams database by run F:\. I will run a virus check now and see what happens. Cheers
