Satsync cannot export or copy from Active 10

Hi all

Having problems copying and exporting routes from active 10 to PC, both options are greyed out. Also keeps freezing

Any ideas why or a fix?

Try resetting it by disconnecting the battery, if you are running the LiPol cell carefully disconnect the plug for a minute or two, if you have the disposable battery holder in use simply remove a cell for a couple of minutes then try again - Mike

I am probably teaching you to suck eggs but remember that if you are still using version 1.023 of Satsync you cannot export from SD card, you have to copy to memory first. This is not an issue with version 1.2.

Re. freezing if mike's fix doesn't work I would try a full 'default' reset.
