navman s90i - doesnt show the speed limit of the road ur on?

my old tom tom used to do this

but this one doesnt? it only tells you the speed limit if your approaching a camera.

but this is sometimes not all the times..

any way i can add this feature? also i hav had it just under 2 years, never updated it .. how do i update?

its getting a little confused with new roads

The latest software update can be found

This will not change the maps thought, which may be needed.
