Hi new to these forums and I couldn't see a more appropriate forum for my question. I have a Garmin Nuvi 250w and I am trying to download some POIs for it. I choose my categories and then the CSV option and the downloads come down to my PC. However both Winzip and Easyzip say that they cannot read the downloaded zip file. Please help.

how many categories are you choosing? have you tried usng the 'show link' option as this can sometimes resolve the issue!

I loaded just the fuel POIs and it work fine
