When you are running TomTom go to the Map view.
Then >File > GPS Status
On the GPS Status screen select GPS
Uncheck the tick box at the top left of the screen, and then you can select the GPS receiver from the drop down menu at the top of the screen.
When you have selected your GPS make sure you check the tick box at the top left of the screen again.
Hope this helps
John. |

The next step for me would be a re install
OR
Delete program and re install
OR
Hard reset and re install

I'd go into Start Menu, Settings, System tab, Remove Programs. Choose "TomTom ~ GPS" and press Remove. You'll probably be told to press OK and the Pocket PC will soft reset. You then have to do it again, most likely, to really get it uninstalled.
I hope you can translate those instructions into French.
When you reinstall, get GPS 3.02 from the TomTom Support web site (I would recommend GPS 2.07, but that might have some issues with Bluetooth).
