TomTom Navigator 3 and TomTom Navigator USA 2 - Problems?

I've seen one of the PocketGPs staff refer to some problems with having concurrent installations of TomTom (software) versions 2&3 on a PDA. I've tried finding further information on this without any luck. Can anyone point me to the correct page?

Since they are both using the same registry branch you will have to expect some odd behaviour when you switch between them. Basically both will think they have been started for the first time.
