Update Problem With TT 930t

Hi Again. I have done the free update ( Western Europe ) on Tom Tom Home 2, but in doing so have lost all my Favorites! Is this normal? It seems quite bizzare. No wonder its a free update ! Any advice greatfully received. Thanks Gents.[/b]

Yes this is quite normal with some of the recent updates, if you have a backup of the device from pre update then you convert your old Favourites to a POI file that can stay on the device, in the TomTom PND forum section have a look at the FAQ page, #15 details what you need to do, click Here for a direct link - Mike
