Having subscribed for 1 month (after my free trial) to the LIVE services, my service suddenly ended after just 3 weeks. Can it really be that you can only subscribe 1 month at a time? Are TomTom really that lame?

Anyway. My current susbscription has ended long before it was due to expire, and any attempt to renew with a new subscription fails:

"You cannot proceed with this order because you have already bought one or more items..."

I raised a support ticket 48 hours ago and have still not had a reply. In my experience TomTom can take several weeks before they respond, and their responses are usually lame and have nothing to do with your problem.

Does nyone know how to expadite sorting this out? I have now been 5 days without the LIVE subscription I have paid for and have no way of activating a new one.

I have exactly the same problem.

Tomtom 540 tells me my subscription has expired but on contacting TomTom they say it is active and paid for.

Does it show the correct expiry date on the unit?

Have to tried to renew from the unit rather than Home?

Hi,

Contacted Tomtom again and they insist that the subscription has been paid. TomTom 540 says it expired on 28/2, but as I say, Tomtom say different.

Checked bank account and no monies taken by Tomtom.

My card number changed about a month ago and what I think has happened is that computor say 'no' since the card has changed but has told porkies to Tomtom saying it has been paid!!

If I try to renew via TT it says already subscribed. If I ask for a new subscription I get invalid password/login

I have informed them of the possibility - now waiting for a reply.

Me too, but I have had this reply:

Can you provide us with detailed information about your configuration, so that we can troubleshoot more effectively? Please connect your device to TomTom HOME, select Help : Configuration info (version 1) or System information (version 2). Here 'left click' on the 'Copy to Clipboard' button to copy the text to your computers memory, then you can 'Right Click' : 'Paste' this information in the text box in your reply.

So it might be worth pre-empting that response by updating your support request by adding the configuration info before they ask - if you didn't include it from the start.

Tried it again this morning and still said subscription expired on 28/2. Traffic didn't work. Put in password on TT to try weather, connected to server and it worked.

TT Traffic HD also burst into life!

Checked Network services and now said I was paid up to April
