GPS for walking using Fugawi maps

I have a Mio digiwalker which I used for walking loaded with Fugawi Ordinance Survey maps. The Mio suffers with a very poor connection socket which I have replaced once but it is now failing again. Can anyone recommend a hand held device with a reasonable screen which will run the Fugawi software and mapping. I do not need all the other software in a PDA.

Would you consider a PDA and seperate Bluetooth GPS receiver? - this combination opens up the amount of available devices to choose from - Mike
