TTN3 UPGRADE STOPPED !!

It appears TomTom have a problem with their TTN3 upgrade website, and have closed it down for the time being util it's fixed.

I am one of many that ordered the upgrade and have still NOT received any email notification, and therefore have no way of tracking my order.

I hope this is just one of the problems that gets fixed for those people that still want to upgrade.

I've not received an email since I ordered but if you go to the support section of the website and create an accoount with the email address you used when you ordered the order will be available and on show.

I created my account after I placed the upgrade request and my order was shown correctly and also the first failed one where the upgrade process crashed before I could pay.

It does seem that tomtom can't organise an upgrade at all well. Perhaps they should have rolled it out country by country over the past month rather than waiting until 7 days before they said they would ship to launch it accross all of Europe.

I have just tried to order V3 get as far as the payment screen and it says there is an error and to try again. When I go into my TomTom account it shows the order as Status as New. Have tried to pay but seems they dont want my money.

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
Have you considered making a donation towards website running costs?.
Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
