I have been using TomTom on my Xda Exec but I would llike something with a larger screen. I was looking on eBay and came across this:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250359032737&fromMakeTrack=true&ssPageName=VIP:watchlink:middle:uk

Has anyone heard anything, good or bad, about this system?

The problem with devices like the one you have linked to is a distinct lack of support, you won't get new software and it is very rare map updates will be supplied, the on screen images look like it is running Route 66 version 7 which is rather dated - I would stick with the traditional manufacturers rather than purchasing something like this.

Have you had a look for a HTC Advantage otherwise known as T-Mobile Ameo? - these are PDA based phones with a 5" screen and have integral GPS. Not much use as a phone because it is a brick, but for a large screen device they are very good - Mike

Thanks for the reply.

Yes I have been looking for HTC Advantage/Athena/Ameo but they are quite a bit more expensive. Maybe I should just save up for a bit longer. Smile
