Transfer to New Device

I know this has come up before, but I can't find it so my apologies for repetition.

I am trying to transfer my CP7 from a Dell Axim to an XDA Zest.

I've done the deactivation, but whenever I try to install on the new device I get license not recognized.

I am now stuck with an application I cannot use, since deactivation worked, but reactivation won't.

Problem solved.

I juggled with the files in the root directory.
