TT 520 Go not Recognised by computer

For some strange reason my new computer is failing to recognise my TT 520 Go when I plug it in. The same is happening on both my new computers, even after doing a clean install of the OS, so I have to presume it has to be something to do with the TT itself. Has anyone got any idea what can be causing this, and would resetting it to factory settings cure it?

Just try a simple reset with a paper clip in the reset hole on the underside of the device, you won't lose any settings doing this and it often cures the problem - Mike
