TomTom live product unable to purchase?

Hi,

I have a 740 live and tried to purchase a month worth of live service today being my 3 months trial end soon. I’ve tried a number of time yesterday and today to purchase the live services all to no avail.

I receive the error message which I’ve posted below. Is there no one at Tom Tom monitoring this feedback after all there loosing income.

I would wait until it runs out before buying it - the error seems to be saying that you already are subscribed to live services (which you are for 3 months)

I purchased mine whilst still in the trial using TT Home with the device connected and had no problems at all.
