unsuccessful installation of cab file

I have just purchased copilot 7 (on sd card) to replace my tomtom navigator 6 software on my ipaq rx5935 (travelmate)(wm5). There is plenty of space in my ipaq store and main memory however i get the report "unsuccessful installation of copilot.wm5ppc.cab file" I then go around in circles when following the prompt of running autorun in the 2577 folder. Any help will be greatly appreciated, is it installation rights issue?The rx5935 is mentioned as compatable with copilot 7 on several vendors websites, after all it is running window mobile 5.0.

Have you tried obtaining the CAB updates from CoPilot?
