Major update to Satmap website including Firmware v1.3

Well blow me!!!!

New Data Boxes - total Ascent, total Descent, Minimum and Maximum elevation, Distance to end of route (along the route)
OSGB 10 figure input
Knots & Nautical miles for speed and distance
Waypoint Names are displayed
Prompt for text when laying a POI
Screen Lock function
New Graphical User Interface icons for 'You are Here' and GPS Status Screen, '2D' indicator for evelvation data
Direction of Travel indicator on GPS Map screen
Press and Hold power button to turn off unit


A new 'You Are Here' icon may be welcome if it gets rid of that circle...and WP names displayed will also be great if they can be toggled on and off in menu.

And only 3 days later than actually promised... Well done Satmap you're getting better!
