TomTom offering maps on sale -- 30% or more

Just noticed it this morning. For example, the WE 8.15 map, formerly $159 US is today $109 US. NA map 8.15, formerly 109 US is $79 US. Savings on other maps too.

If you are not on the map update service it might be a good time to join when the initial upgrade will be cheap, that is assuming the discounts apply based on age as well.

Too bad that North americans are NOT offered a subscription series for buying maps.

Wouldn't put it past TT to have this map sale in NA and then, in the new year, offer the subscription ....
