Traffic Plus Service

Since last Wednesday at least I have been unable to use the Traffic Plus service. All I get when I try to activate it is a message telling me I need a subscription (as if I didn't know that already!) and it may have expired.

Well unless I am very much mistaken this is still 2008 and my subscription runs out in 2009 so unless TomTom can't count I doubt that is the problem.

TomTom Support suggested a series of steps including a full factory reset and set up Plus services and Bluetooth to the phone all over again. It will perhaps come as no real surprise that that was a total waste of time

Anyone else experiencing difficulties with Plus Services? I can do the freebies like Weather and even download QuickPGPSFix data direct so it looks as though my TomTom is communicating with their servers. Just can't use Traffic.

I just hope I don't have to wait 7 months to get a resolution like the last time I had to use TomTom support ( )
